DotBlot-Analyzer
With the development of the dot blot analyzer the automated analysis of all immunodots including anti-gangliosid and anti-phospholipid dots is possible. An easy to use and reliable analysis is made by the dot blot analyzer. The immunodot-evaluated strips are glued onto a stencil and then scanned. Through a color density measurement the software evaluates the immunodot strips.
The results are clearly displayed in a PDF report and digitally archived. With the help of the
digital database, the results can be researched.
The advantages:
- Fast and reliable evaluation
- User-friendly interface
- PDF-Report with strip images
- Integrated database query
The dot blot analyzer is very well suited for laboratories with a low to high sample throughput.
Principle:
- Scan the entire dot blot template with glued immunodot strips
- Color density measurement of each strip
- True cut-off analysis
- Automatic saving of the report as a PDF file
- Individual results in searchable database
The dots are based on a GA immunodot system which in the strips are coated with
highly specific antigens. Each strip contains a built-in positive control to validate the
correct implementation. The cut off value is determined by the software.
Following dots are available:
